ISO7-1 t is an international standard thread commonly used for pipe and pipe connections. It defines a pipe thread with a tapered thread used to ensure the tightness of pipe connections. In our line it is used for stainless steel ball valve and pipe connections.
In our factory we use below ways test:
Detection of ISO7/1 internal threads
Plug Guage
Select a gauge corresponding to the stainless steel ball valve to be inspected and screw it into the thread so that the lower limit standard table is flush with the thread end face. DN8-DN50 specifications, the rotating gauge makes the lower limit standard table rotate within the range of more than one-quarter to three-quarters of a revolution, which is the qualified standard.
For DN65-DN100 specifications, the rotating gauge makes the lower limit standard table rotate two and a quarter times to two and three-quarters times, which is the qualified standard.
